The production site of the Caffè Motta roasting plant, located in Salerno, has a total covered area of 12,000m2.
The aesthetics follow the colors of the coffee, presenting a mix between the dark color of the coffee and the light of a good cappuccino.
The large windows characterize the office area, communicating transparency and openness both inwards and outwards.

The tower that dominates the factory, 22.5 meters high, houses 36 silos of raw coffee and freshly roasted coffee.
The coffee roasters
Each roaster has a maximum capacity of about 360 kg gross with a duration of about 20 minutes per roast for a daily production of 26,000 kg gross per roaster.
The production chain
We take care of the packaging of our coffee in all available formats: pods, beans, vacuum-packed ground and compatible capsules.
The event room
Our hall is the ideal location to host press conferences and business meetings with industry buyers.
It is our operational bar, but also the lab where we test and try all the blends dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca world.
